2nd & 7th grade sharing their work with each other in the sun! 2nd grade shared a writing piece about challenges that pioneers faced on the Oregon Trail. 7th Grade shared almanac pages they made based on research of an African country.

Our student buddies are soaking up both the sunshine and stories during some outdoor reading time. The older students model fluency, expression, and encouragement, while the second graders bring curiosity and joyful energy. It is a partnership where leadership blossoms, and friendships grow.

Our School garden is more than just a beautiful space on campus; it is a living classroom. This season, the students have been tending, harvesting, and preparing fresh fall produce grown here at our school. The food harvested from the garden is being thoughtfully incorporated into school tastings and cooking activities. Thank you to our amazing garden coordinator, Zoe, for making learning come to life.

Global School Play Day!

Planting and harvesting with 3rd grade and cooking with the Middle Schoolers! The tomatoes were harvested from the school garden at the end of fall and then frozen. The arugula and herbs were picked this week and they made tomato sauce and pesto.
