🦆 Hands-on learning in the field!
Our 6th graders had the opportunity to participate in duck banding, getting an up-close look at local wildlife and learning how biologists use bands to track duck populations, migration patterns, and survival. Students even got to help safely handle and release the ducks back into the wild!

For her Eagle Scout Service Project, Abby built and donated two beautiful picnic tables for our SIS students. One table is located near the garden shed, and the other is near the upper garden.
