Hello SIS families! Our See's Candies fundraiser wraps up this coming Wednesday, March 6th. Please have your order forms turned in by that day in order to receive the candy by 3/15. Please ask your child to turn in the envelope, containing payments and the bottom portion of the order form, to their teacher or Ms. Ann. Get those last sales in this weekend! Our fantastic school librarian, Ms. Alisha, supports our curriculum by curating book list for teachers, highlighting books on shelves, and planning engaging library time experiences. This months focus is on black history.

The SIS Budget Committee has an opening! Are you interested in helping on the budget committee? This is a terrific way to get involved and support the school. The application is posted on the school website and is due back to the office by 3-2-1-24.

Looking for a sweet treat this Spring? See’s CANDIES has you covered! Receive you your goodies before Spring Break. Great for Mother’s Day, birthdays or give to a loved one just because! Checks payable to: Sauvie Island PTC This fundraiser runs from 2/9-3/6. A brochure and order form should come home with your student this week.

The students have earned 7,000 Sauvie stars! On Friday, February 16th the children will get to show off their sports pride by wearing their favorite jerseys, t-shirts, or colors.

Hello SIS Community, The school will be holding vision screenings for students on Friday, March 1st. We are looking for about 5-6 volunteers starting at 9:00 a.m. (arrive about 8:45) until about 12 p.m. to help facilitate the process.
