Each day students are given two choices for their main dish and access to the salad bar. When possible our students have fresh produce from local island farms that ties into our Place-Based Learning.

Food allergies will be honored, just let us know!

Applications for the federally funded Free and Reduced Lunch Program are available online at the school website OR paper applications in the office. Current lunch costs will be made available as a handout and sent home at the first of the school year.  Parents are welcome to have lunch with their child, but need to notify the school office by 9:00am on the day they wish to come.  Menus are distributed to each student once a month, available in the office and can also be found on the school website here.

If you would like your child to participate in our hot lunch program please send a check (payable to Sauvie Island School) or cash with your student to give to Sam at the start of the school day.

Each student grades K-8 will have a MealTime account, and the funds sent to your student will be tracked through MealTime. Notifications will be sent to you via e-mail or phone when your students account is low.

If you have any questions on MealTime or our lunch program please contact:
